If you don't have a freezer to store a Beef, we can help - f or a small monthly fee, we will keep your beef in our cold storage facility. With a simple phone call or email, you can request to "pull" from your stock - and we will delivery it to your local address*. Your beef is secure and you are guaranteed access. Once it is depleted, the monthly storage fees cease. A half Beef can last a family of four up to a year or more. * Local delivery only - please call for details. Availability:: In stock now, plan on 8 weeks from web order to freezer Product Code: 159-PART-1-HALF Ordering Process To purchase a Custom Cut Beef from SonRise Ranch complete the steps below The entire transaction can be completed using this webpage. You must fill out all the required fields (marked with a red *) and complete the checkout process for this transaction to be complete and legal. You may evenly split a beef with another person(s), to do so select "Two Owners" below and include the legal name of the second party. At the bottom of this page is a link to the "Cutting" instructions, that once complete, will be transmitted to the custom butcher. You may choose to just click the "Cut As Recommend" button and skip this step. This will result in a standard cut-up and packaged for a small family. Click here for a possible yield that shows what is typically included. Note - You cannot legally sell your Beef once it is processed. The other "Owner(s)" must be listed on the Brand Inspection certificate, in step one, before they can pay for any of the processed beef. You may, if you choose store your beef at the SonRise Ranch Cold Storage Facility, we charge a monthly fee, plus a withdraw charge for you to get your product. Withdraws are limited to one per week and include delivery to one local address for more information click here In the final step, at the bottom of this page, is a red Icon that looks like this... After adding Part-1 to your cart using the yellow and black "add to cart" button below, you may then choose the red "GO TO PART 2 - CUT INSTRUCTIONS" icon to enter very detailed cutting instructions for our Custom Butcher. Live Beef Size*: Half Small Beef A half, small beef will yield 162 lbs of usable cuts and requires 4 to 6 cubic feet of freezer space. Half Medium Beef A half, medium beef will yield 175 lbs of usable cuts and requires 4.5 to 6.5 cubic feet of freezer space. Half Avg Size Beef A half, average beef will yield 187 lbs of usable cuts and requires 5 to 7 cubic feet of freezer space. Half Large Size Beef A half, large beef will yield 200 lbs of usable cuts and requires 5.5 to 7.5 cubic feet of freezer space. Half X-Large Size Beef A half, extra large beef will yield 212 lbs of usable cuts and requires 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space. Live animal transport options*: I request SonRise Ranch to load and haul my Beef to the butcher facility. We charge an additional $100 fee for this service. I will transport my Beef (must have a cattle trailer) Processed meat delivery options*: Flat Rate Delivery to the SOCAL Region (L.A., Orange County, San Diego and surrounding areas) Note: We charge a fee of $200 for this service. This includes loading and unloading and up to two (2) delivery addresses (if you choose "two owners" in the section above. Flat Rate shipping outside the SOCAL Region (L.A., Orange County, San Diego and surrounding areas) Note: We charge a shipping fee of $350 for this service. This includes all packaging, shipping fees, dry ice and may be used for only one destination address. Valid only within the continental United Sates Please deliver my meat to the SonRise Ranch Cold Storage facility and store it for me. Note: We charge a flat rate fee of $170 for the delivery service, then $20 / month (Half Beef) plus, $10 for each delivery of a withdraw (limit one per week). This service will continue until the beef is depleted Processed meat storage options*: No Storage Required after Processing (I am using my own freezer) Please store my beef for me for a monthly fee - Half Beef per Month ($20) Enter Custom Cutting Instructions*: I do not want to enter custom cutting instructions Please cut my beef, using the recommended methods for a typical family in multiples of two (two, four or six people).
